Institute for development of ornamental horticulture

In 1988, the Quebec Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (QMAFF) rated as a priority the development of the ornamental horticultural sector. In collaboration with the Inderdisciplinary Federation of Quebec Ornamental Horticulture (FIHOQ), the QMAFF identified some of the problems slowing down the progression of the ornamental industry.
