Botrytis grey mold, known simply as "Botrytis", is a disease that continually threatens almost every, kind of crop produced in greenhouses across Canada. It affects a bewildering array of pot-grown flowers, cut flowers, foliage ornamentals, bedding plants, greenhouse vegetables, and coniferous tree seedlings. Great favorites of Botrytis are begonia, cyclamen, exacum, geranium, gerba, poinsettia, rose, spruce and tomato.
