Herbs represent one of the fastest growing groups of plants over the past 10 years. Some are produced from plugs while others are produced from vegetative cuttings. They are often finished by the same growers who produce annuals, ground-covers and perennials since many herbs are used as ornamentals. The list of diseases that can occur on popular herbs expands each year. Table 1 includes a small list of diseases that have been researched during the last 10 years or ones that I have encountered.
