Synthesis of Sulfide-Conducting Solid Electrolytes with Different Precursor Prehistories

摘要

Solid solutions based on calcium thiogadolinate with an excess of gadolinium sulfide are prepared.Intermediate oxide products are homogenized using chemical and mechanical mixing methods.The composition region of solid solution formation is determined,the unit cell parameters of the crystal lattice are calculated,the vector admittance is investigated,and the activation energies for electrical conduction are calculated for samples with different prehistories.
