PGS to conduct major offshore Egypt survey

PGS has agreed to carry out the largest-ever seismic data collection project in Egypt’s western portion of the Mediterranean Sea, the Norwegian company confirmed with Gas Strategies on Friday. As well as 2D surveying, PGS will also 3D seismic data in the western zone of Egypt’s Mediterranean waters. The value of the contract was not reported.
