The discovery of CP violation

摘要

The International Conference on High Energy Physics took place at CERN in the summer of 1962 [Prentki 1962]. This major conference was followed by a conference on instrumentation where I gave a report on the status of spark chambers. Triggered spark chambers were invented by Fukui and Miyamoto [Fukui 1959]. I recognized that spark chambers were an excellent research tool and I used them in my research for many years.
