Cinpres Gas Injection,the fluid-assisted injection moulding specialist,has acquired the intellectual property of its US rival Alliance Gas Systems.Under the terms of the deal,the UK company will service all Alliance's customers for gas and water injection equipment,and Alliance will cease selling any equipment.
