Whether you call it product copying,piracy or patent infringement,it is one of the key isues that manufacturers need to wrestle with when they consider setting up in China.Because there is no gain without pain.Despite the advantages of cheap labour and a booming local market,potential investors in China are bound to focus on the well-known disadvantages:rampant bureaucracy;a completely alien culture;and the real possibility that their designs will be copied.
