Gauge Measures Coating Thickness

The DUALSCOPE FMP40 dry film thickness gauge allows for nondestructive and precise measurements of coatings on steel, iron, and nonferromagnetic metals. The gauge can be used for quality control in the manufacturing process or incoming inspection of random samples or complete batches. Using the eddy current and magnetic induction methods, measurement is made as soon as the probe is applied, and the gauge has memory for up to 20,000 readings. Changeable probes provide flexibility for a diverse range of measurement tasks.
