For more than a decade, Dong Energy has been active in the UK offshore wind sector, providing increasing amounts of renewable energy for the UK, investing billions of pounds and employing a growing workforce. Due to this, it is fair to say that more people associate Dong with wind turbines than waste. Yet the company is now expanding its operations into other forms of green energy and using its knowledge, skills, and experience to deliver new environmentally friendly solutions. Wind and waste have much more in common than one might think as well. Both can be used to generate the electricity that supplies power to our businesses, and light and warmth to our homes.
