摘要

A field experiment was conducted during rabi of 2009-2010 to study the effect of crop establishment methods and weed management practices on weed vegetation analysis and weed control efficiency of drum seeding and direct planting system of rice. Weed vegetation studies showed that grasses were more dominated weeds and registered higher percentage of relative density, relative dry weight and higher summed dominance ratio followed by BLW and sedges. Among weed management practices the pre-emergence application of pretilachlor+safener (sofit) at 0.45 kg a.i./ha on 3 DAS+cono weeding on 45 DAS was very effective to realize higher weed control efficiency (86%) than the other treatments.
