Conveyor Component has designed a new belt alignment control system that can prevent damage and downtime caused by conveyor belt misalignment. The Model VA system is designed for use on bucket elevators and ensures belts are tracking correctly. Typically installed in pairs on each side of the conveyor belt near the head pulley and/or the tail pulley, these controls consist of a conveyor roller with sealed bearings, four bar linkage and a double pole/ double throw microswitch.
