Heilongjiang provincial authorities have approved Longjing Petrochemical Company's proposal to build an oil depot in its capital of Harbin,according to Interfax new service.The company,a Heilongjiang-based oil products retailer,will invest RMB 65.6 million building 10 tanks with a total throughput capacity of 100,000 tons a year.(US1=RMB8.27).
