Pompey Coach Steve Cotterill has taken on one of the greatest challenges in the Championship this season. He was faced with the unenviable responsibility of building a Portsmouth team from scratch under the scrutiny of expectant fans who await a return to the former glories of the past.The Pompey manager was very much aware that their existing training facility was under-used and limiting the Club's capacity to create a football environment in which existing and new talent could develop and flourish under the coaching staff.
