Slovakian chemical trading company Coinco has put its 50-percent stake in Slovakian aluminium alloys producer Alcupro up for sale and is negotiating a deal with German trading company Terra Metals GmbH. The future of the plant has hung in the balance since last year when it emerged that production had come to a standstill due to a rift between the company's owners. Coinco and Slovakian trading house Apriori each own 50 percent of Alcupro, according to the online companies register for the Slovakian capital Bratislava.
