L'association de bevacizumab a une chi-miotherapie permet d'allonger signi-ficativement la survie des patients atteints de cancer colorectal metasta-tique en premiere ligne et en deuxieme ligne. II en est de meme du cetuximab associe a une chimiotherapie en premiere ligne ou admi-nistre en monotherapie en troisieme ligne. II semblait donc logique d'evaluer en situation adjuvante dans le cancer du colon, le bevacizumab ou le cetuximab, en association avec la chimiotherapie standard (FOLFOX4 ou capecitabine-oxaliplatine). Deux etudes ont evalue le bevacizumab.
