BackgroundWe aimed to determine the predictive value of longitudinal, circumferential, and radial strains by two-dimensional speckle tracking echocardiography (2DSTE) for improvement in cardiac function after acute myocardial infarction (AMI) compared with that of contrast-enhanced cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (ceMRI).
