Contribution à l'étude de l'influence des défauts d'homogénéité des couples thermoélectriques sur I'exactitude des mesures de température

The aim of this survey is to understand effects of thermal and mechanical treatments on the homogeneity of thermocouples. For that, a testing bench has been developed at the BNM-LNE. This paper presents the description and the caracterisation of this bench; the results of the homogeneity tests of mastered inhomogenous thermocouples are also presented.
