JL Structural gains time to complete reorganisation

JL Structural is close to filing a reorganization plan to emerge from Chapter 11 creditor protection, a plan that will include the formation of a new management team.Gregory Paolini, the former Bethlehem Steel executive who was president and ceo of JL Structural, resigned those positions on November 15. He was succeeded by James Howe, most recently executive vp of JL Structural. Paolini will remain with the company as a senior advisor.
