A raft of legislation and standards has been introduced since 2000 which is when TR7 (now PLG07) was last updated. These encompass a wide range of different concerns - from health and safety through to EMC, wind load calculation and lifting equipment (see box on regulations) - and have been referenced in this latest edition.
