Based in Coventry, Penso is a multi-disciplinary engineering specialist and provides automotive technology and production capabilities to a number of global OEMs and manufacturers. The company's success has led to expansion and its existing PI facility has now been supplemented by a 25,000 ft2 'P2' plant, delivered at a cost of ?2.1 million. The building services for this energy efficient industrial plant were designed by Greenways and the building services specialist is now also engineering the mechanical and electrical installation for Penso's new ?2.6 million, 30,000 ft2 'P3' facility.
