RIBA LAUNCHES RIBA AGREEMENTS ONLINE

The Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) has replaced the current series of RIBA Standard Forms of Appointments with the updated RIBA Agreements 2007. The new suite of RIB Agreements 2007 is designed to provide the components of a flexible system which can be assembled to create contracts tailored to the needs of individual projects. They take account of statutory and legal changes and are based on the new RIBA Outline Plan of Work 2007. Separate versions are available for the appointment of either the Architect or the Consultant and the system includes a wide range of Services Schedules for the architectural and related professions.
