Designing Educational Computer Games to Enhance Teaching and Learning

摘要

The paper presents an overview of the potential of educational computer games for enhancing teaching and learning activities. When applied to educational contexts, educational computer games can enhance students' intrinsic motivation to learn, encourage learning by doing, encourage meaningful learning and provide risk-free environments which enable learners to explore and experiment.
