EnCana and ConocoPhillips are asking regulators to approve a 120,000 b/d expansion of the Christina Lake oil sands project in Western Canada, according to documents filed with Alberta Environment. EnCana and its partner are looking for environmental clearance for plans to expand the Christina Lake site in northeast Alberta.
