The chief economists of two Western oil giants agree that global economic recovery is under way and will have an impact on oil demand, but differ on how that will play out. Chevron Chief Economist Edgard Habib told the 30th annual Oil & Money conference in London Tuesday that there is a "new normal" period for the oil market that will see "a decade of demand management."
