Japanese Stocks Inch Down

Japanese oil product stocks fell by less than 1% to 78.31 million bbl in the week to Jul. 31, according to data released Wednesday by the Petroleum Association of Japan (PAJ). Refinery runs were up slightly at 3.53 million b/d, or 76.1% of capacity, versus 3.51 million b/d, or 75.8% of capacity, the previous week. Crude oil stocks fell 1.26 million bbl to 105.3 million bbl.
