Innovative Mixer Drives--Hydraulic Drive Systems for Rubber Compound Mixers

When Austrian manufacturer of rubber compounds Gummiwerke Kraiburg invested in a new mixing line, to allow for new compound grades and increase flexibility of production, the hydraulic drive systems used for the new mixers not only made an important contribution to achieve these goals, they also offer some additional advantages. Gummiwerk Kraiburg Austria produces rubber compounds for the tyre industry, and high performance compounds for retreading. When the company decided to invest in a new mixing line they went for an innovative solution to make development of new products possible.
