Problems, results and prospects of electric launch in Russia

The most important research results and the prospect directions for the electromagnetic (EM), electrothermal (ET) and electrothermochemical (ETC) launch in Russia are presented in this paper. The development of pulse power supplies, materials, projectile ballistics and simulation is considered too.
