Atomic coordinates of helical homopolypeptide chains

摘要

A new mathematical method for the determination of the atomic coordinates of a helical polypeptide chain has been derived employing a function of the internal coordinates, i.e., valence angles, bond lengths, and rotation angles of the monomeric unit.
