Sub-100 μm Si Photonic Crystal Optical Modulators

We demonstrate sub-100 μm Si photonic crystal Mach Zehnder optical modulators - one with 90 μm phase-shifter length at 40 Gb/s, and the other with 50 μm length at 10 Gb/s.
