Research of the Effect of Scale Inhibitors on the Effectiveness of Corrosion Inhibitors in Oil Wells

The results of the laboratory studies of the effect of scale inhibitors on the efficiency of corrosion inhibitors with regard to the mechanism of downhole equipment corrosion are presented. It is revealed that the inhibitors may have different effects on the protective properties of corrosion inhibitors: some enhance the efficiency of inhibition while others significantly lower it.
