On this particular day at Razzi's Auto Rad & AC shop in North Hills, Pa., Mike Razzi stands over a flush booth with an old forklift radiator. His brother John stands behind him with a trackhoe radiator. The two work easily while talking about their family shop's history. It's clear that this is the environment they've been in since they were old enough to hold a broom to sweep out the shop. Razzi's opened its doors in 1956. It was started by John's, Mike's, and their brother David's father and grandfather, John ST., and David, respectively. John Sr. was working in a radiator shop at the time and when his boss refused to give him a USD10-a-week raise, he decided it was time to get out on his own. David retired from his job at the local electric company, PECO, and joined his son in the shop.
