Technical solutions are shown for how already exis-tent safety regulations and those that may be expected may be observed and how this results in advantages both for the operators of the plants and contributes considerably to the quality assurance of the production. Reject quotas and loss of materials can be minimised with modern techniques. Also protection of labour conditions can be fulfilled. The technology is represented as a complex unit. This begins with the manufacture of the flock and ends with the finished flocked goods. Peripheral influences such as for example the climate are included in the complex course of events.
