Roads and bridges for Games up for grabs

Civils contractors are under starters orders after pound;300 million of Olympic infrastructure packages hit the Official Journal yesterday (Wednesday). The work is broken down into four road and bridge packages and forms the first wave of the Olympic Delivery Authority's infrastructure plan. Three more packages worth a further pound;45 million are to follow by October 2008.
