摘要

The purpose of this paper is to propose a simple and accuratenon-linear macromodel for analogue multipliers. The performance ofthe new macromodel is demonstrated by comparing the SPICE simulationresults obtained with the device-based models and with themacromodel. The most important result obtained in the frame of thiswork is the combination of accurate modelling with reduced computertime, thus providing the IC designer with the possibility of speedingup the simulation of large electronic systems.
