摘要

The paramount importance of studying the impedance of low-frequency passive components of spaceborne equipment at frequencies ranging to tens of gigahertz is shown. The preliminary results of measurements of the resistor and capacitor impedances at <20 GHz are presented and analyzed. The significant difference between the ideal elements, the classical models, and the available components is demonstrated. The models of the resistor and capacitor for a frequency as high as 1 GHz are obtained.
