By growth of the World Wide Web and other technologies, now user-generated video content (or video UGC) and its distribution are popularized. However, a link feature - Hyper-Video in video media - is not established even though the link is typical feature of the Web. So, we developed a new Hyper-Video system suited for video UGC like hypertext which users freely link between their content using TV4U, computer graphics-based video UGC system. We set design requirements for representations of Hyper-Video UGC on the system from analogy of hypertext, and we proposed "TV-like Hyper-Video representation" based on the requirements. Finally, we did user evaluation experiments about this representation method and achieved results that the proposed method was highly user-friendly. This paper describes whether the results of the experiments can be applied not only to the TV4U system, but also to the general hyper-video UGC.
