摘要

Superconducting Ba2YCu3O7minus;y(BYCO)hyphen;Ag composite films with an (Ag/BYCO) molar ratio of 0.2 were prepared on SrTiO3(100) substrates by the dippinghyphen;pyrolysis process through heat treatments at 700ndash;800thinsp;deg;C under a lowhyphen;oxygen partial pressure (=2times;10minus;4atm) followed by O2annealing. The product films were highlychyphen;axis oriented and gave sharp rocking curves. High superconducting transition temperatureTc, zero(r) of 89 K and high critical current densityJc(77 K, 0 T) of 1.1times;106A/cm2were obtained for a 0.9hyphen;mgr;mhyphen;thick composite film heat treated at 770thinsp;deg;C.
