New Membership Benefit--Selected Journal Articles Online

The Membership Dept. is pleased to announce a new bonus of ACerS membership. Each month, selected articles from the current issue of the Journal of The American Ceramic Society will be published in their entirety in the Members Only section of the ACerS website. These articles are posted in order to give members a taste of the out-standing research published in the Journal. The titles and authors of the featured articles from the October 2001 issue of the Journal are: Surface Damage Resistance of Gel-Derived Oxycarbide Glasses: Hardness, Toughness and Scratch-ability" by Rouxel, Sangleboeuf, Gum and Keryvin.
