A sandwich‐embedding technique for monolayers of cells cultured on Araldite

SUMMARYA method of culturing cell monolayers on Araldite to facilitate selection and sectioning of specific cells is described. The method was originally developed for the selection of virus‐induced multi‐nucleate cells, but is applicable to other syst
