Aerodynamically mixed electric discharge CO2laser

摘要

An aerodynamically mixed electric discharge coaxialhyphen;type CO2laser was investigated experimentally. Homogeneous and stable discharge was attained in the transonic gas flow region, and a smallhyphen;signal gain of 11.5 dBsol;m and a saturation parameter of 2000 plusmn; 150 Wsol;cm2were obtained.
