A Study of E Layer Critical Frequencies during a Sunspot Cycle for the Prediction of f#xb0;E

A study of E layer critical frequency data at Ahmedabad during the recent sunspot cycle shows that the Chapman formula for calculating f#xb0;E is valid with some modifications. A linear relation was found between sunspot number and f#xb0;E. An analytical formula
