Initial state stability for n-decision-maker conflicts

A new family of stability concepts, initial state stabilities, are introduced to complement existing solutions concepts within the Graph Model framework. These novel stability concepts address both risk-averse and risk-seeking decision-makers by comparing the consequences of moving from a given starting state to those of remaining in that state. Initial state stabilities are defined and introduced using a simple example. Their relationships with both metarational and standard Graph Model solutions concepts are explored.
