Austpac agrees minsands pricing and upgrade

Austpac Resources NL has signed an agreement setting the price mechanism for ilmenite purchased from Consolidated Rutile Ltd(CRL).The ilmenite is to be used as feed for the ERMS SR plant that Austpac is proposing to build in eastern Australia.Austpac also has a Memorandum of Understanding with lluka Resources Ltd for the sale of the synthetic rutile produced by the plant.
