FRITSCH GMBH, OF Idar-Oberstein, Germany, has developed a patented measuring method by laser diffraction inside the convergent laser beam. The advantages of such an innovation include continuous adjustment of the measuring area as well as use of previously unknown measuring channels. With the different Fritsch systems of Compact, MicroTec, MicroTec XT and NanoTec, and the possibility to combine corresponding components, one can configure a measurement system that is precisely adapted to requirements.
