摘要

The tensile properties of rubber films prepared from radiation vulcanized natural rubber latex (RVNRL) using various types of coagulants were studied. The concentrations of coagulant, concentration of RVNRL, dwell time of dice in coagulant solution and in RVNRL were investigated. It is found that the thickness of rubber film does not depend on dwell time of dice in coagulant solution and in RVNRL. But it increases with the increase in concentration of coagulant and concentration of RVNRL. Tensile strength and modulus increase with the increase in concentration of coagulant but do not depend on concentration of RVNRL. The properties of all coagulant dipped films are comparable and acceptable in industrial application.
