In order to put the integration efficacy of the troops' sanitary work with the military hospitals into full play, from 1990, the project of the integration of prevention and medical care in the troops with the hospitals has been carried out in the health care work of CPLA for the increasing need of health care services of the soldiers and officers, and the turning of the medical pattern. Its basic contents is as follows. The functions of prevention and medical care are mixed together, with comprehensive utilizations of various measures, the units of prevention and. medical care at all levels are combined to develop coordinately, they can carry out the multiple service identically. To promote the combination of prevention and treatment and the unity between the hospitals and the troops for bringing the integrated efficacy of the hygiene work into full play to serve the soldiers and officers health better.
