摘要

AbstractCallus was induced from segments of immature inflorescences ofElymus canadensis×Psathyrostachys junceaandElymus canadensis×Secale cerealeF1hybrids on MS medium supplemented with 2 mg/l of 2,4‐D and plants were regenerated from the calluses on a hormone free MS medium.
