All-new compact saloon is poised for its full unveiling in September, before going on sale next spring. Jaguar has shown off some of the styling of its new XE saloon for the first time in this official picture. This image reveals the front-end design of the XE in S trim. Power for this car is likely to come from the same supercharged 3.0-litre V6 engine as the one that's used in the F-type V6 S. The styling of the XE doesn't stray too far from themes already established by Jaguar design chief Ian Callum and his team, the car having a modern yet still premium look and feel.
