Abnormalities and dimensions of ova from New Zealand Romney ewes

Five hundred and eighty-five ova recovered from a total of 188 ewes at laparotomy were examined for incidence and types of abnormality both immediately after recovery from the ewe and after periods of up to 72 hours' culture in dialysis chambers containing sheep serum at 36"c. The dimensions of some normal ova were recorded after culture.
